We are pleased to announce freshman Reagan Knapp has been selected as the Reality Check Ambassador of the Year for the Central Region. Reagan, along with several of her JC Reality Check classmates and club coordinator, attended a Legislative Education Day at the Capital building in Albany this week.
The Youth Ambassador of the Year Awards, sponsored by Reality Check of New York state, honors the outstanding work of students who have taken the lead in holding the tobacco industry accountable for marketing to youth. To be considered for the award, students must create a video, write several essays and provide a reference.
